Or maybe you just want a fresh perspective, new location, or a diversity of ideas?  If this sounds like you, we are looking for a Project Manager to help lead the design of Roadway and Transportation Projects with a growing team that values independent thinking.

Lead and manage a wide variety of transportation projects, including roadway reconstruction, widening improvements, intersection reconstruction, pedestrian/bike facilities, roadway connection to bridge replacements, and others.

  • Participate in a small office environment that includes experts in their field working in a closely knit team and opportunities to work on a wide variety of tasks Assist colleagues and clients in identifying problems and then developing solutions, not just performing assigned tasks (but we do that too).
  • Become an expert in the leadership of roadway design projects in Colorado.
  • Mentor junior staff in their technical growth.

Realistically, we need someone with a PE license and several  years of both designing and managing transportation projects (ideally in Colorado), utilizing the relevant industry tools for this region, including MicroStation, InRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MS Office applications.  Additionally, excellent communication skills are a must to achieve the valuable guidance we look to provide our clients and truly make a difference in our community.

Or maybe you just want a fresh perspective, new location, or a diversity of ideas?  If this sounds like you, we are looking for a Project Engineer to help lead the Traffic Engineering Projects with a growing team that values independent thinking.

Lead and manage a wide variety of traffic engineering projects, including traffic signal design, traffic impact analysis, traffic operations analysis, interconnect plans, roundabout planning, signing and striping, and traffic controls and phasing.

Participate in a small office environment that includes experts in their field working in a closely knit team and opportunities to work on a wide variety of tasks.

  • Assist colleagues and clients in identifying problems and then developing solutions, not just performing assigned tasks (but we do that too).
  • Become an expert in the leadership of traffic engineering projects in Colorado.
  • Mentor junior staff in their technical growth.

Realistically, we need someone with a PE license and several  years of both designing and managing traffic engineering projects (ideally in Colorado), utilizing the relevant industry tools for this region, including SYNCHRO, Highway Capacity Software, SIDRA, RODEL, VISSIM, SignCAD, MicroStation, AutoCAD, and MS Office applications.  Additionally, excellent communication skills are a must to achieve the valuable guidance we look to provide our clients and truly make a difference in our community.
